We visited the
Yorkshire Air Museum in Elvington where co-incidentaly (ahem) there was also the
East Yorkshire Thoroughbred Car Club Rally taking place. We've been to the Museum before and its worth a visit if you're in the area, but this was an extra bonus as I missed the rally last year. A lot of nice cars were there, and some strange choices as well - more on that in a future post. To kick off here is one of my favourites of the day, a Mini Clubman, and a couple of Escort RS Cossies. The
RS guys had their own area away from the rest of the cars, and I had a quick chat with them speculating as to why that was...might be a while before anything RS gets fully accepted by the classic car mob!
