Stock Cars @ Knockhill

Saturday, June 13th saw a double header of racing at Knockhill in Fife. During the day the British GTs & support did their qualifying and first races of the weekend, then in the evening the F1, F2, and Hot Rods appeared for some smashing action...
First post of the event covers the F1 and F2 Stock Cars; F1s are easily the loudest racing cars I have ever witnessed. The boy-racer brigade with their drainpipe exhausts have nothing on this lot.

Sports Day!

The wee man had his first school sports day today, thankfully the weather held off from the forecasted rain. Why do I even look at the BBC weather? I digress...so the whole school turned out on the playing fields, in their teams, and went round the various events striving to get as many points as possible. Stewart certainly put in the effort but unfortunately his team didn't win; not that he seemed bothered once the ice lollies were handed out!
